ACCOMMODATION RULES

*In accordance with the laws force in our country, it is obligatory to report the IDs or passports of the guest staying in our facility. For this season it is strictly forbidden to receive guests without informing the authorities or officials. Our facility is monitored by security cameras. In this situation is detected,the necessary sanction will be applied to the guest by leaving the facility responsibility.

*The earliest check-in to our facility is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00 at the latest.

*In case of extension or shortening of the stay,please contact the receptionist at least 1 day in advance.

*It is forbidden to take the fixtures and materials for personal use out of the apart.

*Please take care of the things and objects provided for temporary use. The guests shall be financially liable for damage done.

*The key is taken from the guests who stays in the aparts after the check out information is given 5 minutes prior and then the check out is submitted.

*When you detect a failure of any equipment, please contact with reception.Do not interfere yourself.

*There are safe box for our guest’s use in all our aparts for your valuables. Otherwise, our facility is not responsible for your lost items.

*Accommodation with pets shall be prohibited.

*In our aparts it is forbidden to smoke in closed areas (rooms,corridors,closed areas,etc.) in accordance with article 2/1b of the law numbered 4207.

*In the aparts after 22:00 o’clock at night it is forbidden to make noise that may disturb other guests, to speak loudly, to sing, to listen the music or to watch television.You can contact the reception in any situation you encounter. All our guests who make a reservation at our facility are deemed to have accepted the above rules.
